Hill & Smith Holdings PLC announces that the Remuneration Committee has approved the vesting of 92.7% of the awards that had been made on 21 March 2012 to the below Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities in accordance with the rules of the Hill & Smith Holdings PLC 2007 Long-term Incentive Plan.
