Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that Mr Derek Muir, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of Hill & Smith has acquired 3,496 Ordinary Shares, awarded in July 2014 as employee share options, under the rules of the 2014 Employee ShareSave Scheme.
As a result, Derek Muir now has a beneficial interest in 366,982 Ordinary Shares and holds conditional performance LTIP awards and share options over 157,405 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
