Transaction in Own Shares
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC announces that on the 23 December 2021 its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased through its Broker, Investec, 59,578 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, at a price of 1750.116 pence per share. All of the purchased shares will be used to satisfy the vesting of shares under the Company's 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan or Executive Share Option Scheme.
Following the purchase, the EBT holds 111,084 ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital as at today is 79,786,444 ordinary shares.
