Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 10 February 2026 it purchased for cancellation a total of 2,294 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) as part of its £100m share buyback programme announced on 13 August 2025 (the 'Programme'). All shares were purchased as an 'on exchange' transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

Following settlement of the above purchases and subsequent cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 79,542,310. To date 1,257,246 ordinary shares in aggregate have been purchased for cancellation in accordance with the Programme.
