Our apprenticeship programmes range from level 2, which is the equivalent to a GCSE qualification all the way up to Level 7, a postgraduate level qualification.

Since 2017 we have welcomed 115 new apprentices and have upskilled a further 180 existing employees who have taken on an apprenticeship to develop their skills in their role and to aid their professional development.
In 2023, we had a steady intake of apprentices across the group, with 25 new starters, a 30% increase from 2022.
